Digital plan entitlements are generally non-refundable once used. Duplicate or failed activations may be reviewed under our Refund Policy.

Is there a physical product shipped?

How do I create an account?

Can I sign in with OTP instead of password?

Yes. On the Login page you can request an OTP to your email or mobile (when configured) as an alternative to password sign-in.

How do I build an estimate?

After login, open Estimates, create or edit an estimate, search SSR items, enter measurements, and review totals before exporting.

Do I need a plan to export PDF or Excel?

Yes. Download limits depend on your active plan. Subscribe from Pricing / Browse Plans, pay with Razorpay, then export from the estimate.

What is a tender pack?

A packaged export built from your estimate to support tender submission workflows, available as an export action when your account entitlements allow it.
