By accessing WorkorderQuote (website or application), registering an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
2. Service description
WorkorderQuote provides digital tools to create measurement-based estimates (including SSR-related workflows), export PDF/Excel (subject to plan limits), generate tender-related packs, and manage related invoices. Features may evolve over time.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration details (including a valid email and mobile number).
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and OTP codes.
- We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or security risk.
4. Plans and payments
- Plans are typically one-time digital purchases that grant download/export entitlements as described on the pricing page and in-app.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Successful payment confirmation is required before entitlements are activated.
- Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise and may include applicable taxes as configured on invoices.
- You authorize us (and Razorpay) to process payment using the method you select.
5. Fair use of exports
PDF, Excel, and related downloads are limited by your plan. Circumventing limits, sharing credentials, or reselling access without permission is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
The platform software, branding, and documentation belong to WorkorderQuote or its licensors. Estimate content you create remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, upload malware, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
8. Disclaimers
Estimates and exports are tools to assist professional work. You remain responsible for verifying quantities, rates, compliance with applicable SOR/SSR rules, and tender submissions. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkorderQuote is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability related to a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Provisions that should survive (payment, liability, IP) will survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections.
