- Account data: name, email, mobile number, password (stored hashed), and profile details you provide.
- Usage data: estimates you create, export/download activity, plan entitlements, and invoices tied to your account.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive payment status, order/payment identifiers, and limited payer details needed for invoices and support. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, and security logs (for example failed login attempts) to protect the service.
- Contact form data: name, email, phone, and message when you contact us.
3. How we use information
- To create and manage your account, OTP verification, and login security.
- To provide estimates, exports, tender packs, plans, and invoices.
- To process payments via Razorpay and assign plan download limits.
- To respond to support requests and improve product reliability.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share data only as needed to operate the service, including:
- Razorpay — payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Hosting / email / SMS providers — to run the application and send OTPs or transactional messages.
- Authorities — when required by applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information.

9. Children’s privacy
The service is intended for business and professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
