How to use WorkorderQuote

A practical walkthrough — from registration to SSR estimates, plan subscription, and exports. Follow these steps on desktop, tablet, or mobile.

  1. Create your account

    Open Register, enter full name, email, mobile, and password. Confirm password, submit, then enter the OTP shown to activate your account.

    • Use a valid Indian mobile number (needed for payments and OTP).
    • Already registered? Use Login with password or OTP.

  2. Open Estimates

    After login, go to Estimates from the sidebar. Create a new estimate or open an existing one to edit measurements.

    • Give the estimate a clear work title so you can find it later.
    • Keep one estimate per work package when possible.

  3. Add SSR items & measurements

    Search the SSR catalogue, add items to the measurement sheet, and enter length, width, height (or other dimensions) so quantities calculate correctly.

    • Review totals before exporting.
    • Save your work as you go.

  4. Choose a plan (when you need downloads)

    Browse public Plans & Pricing, then subscribe from Browse Plans or when export requires a plan. Pay securely with Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).

    • Plans are typically one-time purchases with PDF/Excel limits.
    • After payment, check My Plans and Invoices.

  5. Export PDF, Excel, or tender pack

    From the estimate editor, use export actions (PDF preview/download, Excel, tender pack / ZIP). Each successful download may count against your plan limits.

    • If checkout opens, complete payment first, then retry export.
    • Keep invoices for your records.
